How to Use Wood Oil
Prepare the Surface – Ensure the wood is clean, dry, and sanded smooth. Remove any dust with a lint-free cloth.
Apply the Oil – Using a clean cloth, apply a small amount of Wood Oil directly to the surface, working with the grain.
Let it Soak In – Allow the oil to penetrate the wood for 15–30 minutes.
Remove Excess – Wipe away any unabsorbed oil with a fresh cloth to avoid a sticky finish.
Drying Time – Let the wood dry for 24 hours in a warm, dust-free space.
Repeat for More Protection – For a deeper, longer-lasting finish, apply 2–3 coats, allowing full drying time between applications.
Optional Top Coat – Once fully dry, apply Natasha Craig’s Natural Wood Wax for extra protection and a subtle sheen.
