Placing an Order
When you place an order you are asked to provide the following basic information Name, Email, Address and Phone Number. The Contact Form 7 is used on this website to allow you to securely contact us. Only essential personal information is requested: Name and Email. This information is kept for 3 years for customer service purposes and may also be used for marketing purposes.
Booking Form
The Booking Calendar Extended WpDevArt plugin is used when booking a wood turning session. Only essential personal information is requested such as name, email, addresses, phone number and so on. All this data will be saved in our database, so you need to agree to the Site’s Privacy policy on submission of personal information by checking a box. This information is kept for 3 years for customer service and marketing purposes.

This information is kept indefinitely for customer service purposes and will be used for marketing purposes unless you unsubscribe. You are entitled to unsubscribe at any time.

Woocommerce is used on this website to process purchases and collects personal information for the purpose of processing your order correctly. At checkout you are required to check a box to say that you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website.

Paypal is the payment gateway you use when you purchase a product or service through the website. Information shared with Paypal to process payments includes: Name, Email, Address, Phone, Unique payment identifier and Payment provider identifier.

The Royal Mail’s Click and Drop service is used to enable us to ship your order correctly.
Only essential personal information is requested such as name, email, shipping and billing address, order number, product SKU and name and postage method . All this data will be saved in the royal mail database, so you need to agree to the Site’s Privacy policy on submission of personal information by checking a box. This information is kept for 3 year for customer service purposes.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in this Privacy Policy. However, we may be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our terms and conditions. We generally keep your data 3 years, unless you have subscribed to our mailing list in which case we will keep information until you unsubscribe. At that time your information will be deleted.
