The Branch Cup

Meet the Branch Cup, a low waste wooden cup made from the smaller tree branches which are usually burnt or chipped.

Thanks to it’s naturally insulating properties its suitable for hot and cold drinks such as water, green tea, coffee or even a beer.

It’s a very relaxing cup to hold due to the tactile nature of the wood.

Each cup sold helps support our tree planting program in association with Ecologi.

sustainable and low waste

These wooden cups are made from locally sourced sustainable ash wood. Each one is turned while the wood is still 'green' or fresh and as it dries it settles into a unique, organic shape.

Wooden cups are finished with sustainable hemp seed oil. It's a locally produced, 100% organic cold pressed oil that's heated to 190 degrees c to insure it really penetrates into the grain. It has a distinctive nutty flavour and smell similar to sunflower seeds. This will be quite prominent when the cup's new but will fade over time with repeated washings.

Historically, people used to have their own personal cup which was a treasured possession. To make yours extra special why not have a name or initials hand burnt into the wood? Please specify your chosen name or initials in the ‘personalisation’ box at checkout.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

There's currently 2 weeks processing time plus 2-4 days for free standard delivery. If you prefer, there's the option to upgrade your delivery service at the checkout.

All packaging is plastic free. Items are wrapped in recycled tissue paper and shipped in a recycled & recyclable postal box secured with paper tape.
