A Love HeartWood wedding bowl is a gift the bride and groom can keep as a reminder of the support and presence of their family and friends on their big day. HOW IT WORKS
1. Select the bowl you’d like from my stock before the big day.
2. On the big day ask the family and guests to sign it.
3.Afterwards, I’ll go over the names and messages with my woodburning pen sealing them into the wood forever.
This natural edged bowl is made from sustainable timber ash. Turned while the wood was still green, it dried it settled into a lovely natural, oval shape.
ordering as a gift
To order the bowl engraved with a personal message please select the personal gift option from drop-down. Then enter the exact wording you'd like engraved in the 'personalisation' box at checkout.
ordering as a wedding guestbook
To order a bowl as a guestbook please select that option from the drop down menu. I send you an unfinished bowl, in a returnable postal box, which the wedding guests can write on and sign in pencil please. When that's done get in touch. I email you a postage label which you attach to the box to return the bowl. Next, I carefully engrave the writing, preserving the messages forever.
After that it's finished with sustainable hemp seed oil. A locally produced, 100% organic cold pressed oil that’s heated to 190 degrees c to insure it really penetrates into the grain. It has a distinctive nutty flavour and smell similar to sunflower seeds.
Finally, I send the bowl to the happy couple as a lasting reminder of their wedding.

processing and delivery times
There’s currently 1 weeks processing time plus 2-4 days for standard delivery. If you prefer, there’s the option to upgrade to 1st class delivery at the checkout.
No extra postage costs are required after the initial payment.
All packaging is plastic free. Your wedding bowl will be wrapped in recycled tissue paper and shipped in a recycled & recyclable postal box secured with paper tape.
