Wooden Bottle Stoppers

Keeping a stopper on a wine bottle is essential for keeping it fresh and to stop contamination. This stopper is the answer to sealing a wine bottle and keeping it perfect until it's finished.

It is made of striking Yew wood which is associated with long-life. After is has been turned by hand on the lathe it is coated with Eco-friendly, non-toxic oil which enhances the beauty of the grain and protects against UV fading, moisture and dirt . It's then buffed with natural Carnuba wax for a water resistant, hard wearing finish.

The 'door knob' shape makes it easy to use unlike many smaller, press or lever type stoppers.

The silicon bung is very flexible and fits standard 75cl wine bottles as well as larger bottles like champagne bottles. Being made of silicon it will not stain, rot or degrade like cork and is easy to clean.
